All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our research-use-only products and strict quality control protocols, AminoForge maintains a no-return policy on all orders. We cannot accept returns of peptides, compounds, or reconstitution supplies under any circumstances.
Exceptions
We will issue a replacement or store credit only in the following verified cases:
- Shipping error: You received the wrong product
- Damaged in transit: Product arrived visibly damaged with photographic evidence provided within 48 hours of delivery
- Missing item: An item from your order was not included
How to Report an Issue
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, contact us through our website contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
We Do Not Offer:
- Refunds for buyer’s remorse
- Refunds for orders delayed by the carrier
- Refunds for products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
- Exchanges or substitutions
Lost or Stolen Packages
AminoForge is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
