Lyophilized peptide vial, your chosen solvent vial, U-100 insulin syringe, alcohol swabs, clean surface. Wash hands thoroughly.
Wipe the top of both vials with a fresh alcohol swab. Air dry 10โ15 seconds before proceeding.
Insert needle into your solvent vial, invert, and draw slowly. Tap to clear bubbles.
Tilt the peptide vial at 45ยฐ. Let the water run slowly down the inside glass wall โ never shoot it directly onto the powder cake. This prevents agitation damage to the peptide bonds.
Roll between palms until the powder dissolves into a clear, colorless solution. 30โ60 seconds typical. If cloudy after 2 minutes, gentle warmth from your palm may help.
