Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly; AEDG) is a synthetic tetrapeptide bioregulator modeled on the amino acid composition of epithalamin, a polypeptide extract of the pineal gland. It was developed within the peptide bioregulator research program associated with the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology. It is a frequent subject of laboratory research and is supplied as a lyophilized powder for research use only.
In published in vitro and preclinical research, Epitalon has been studied in connection with the regulation of gene expression and protein synthesis in somatic and neural cell models, and with peptide bioregulator theory — which proposes that short peptides act as tissue-specific regulators of gene expression. These studies are conducted in cell-culture and animal research models. The findings derive from laboratory research and do not describe or imply any effect, benefit, or use in humans or animals.
Published literature has examined Epitalon across a range of cell-culture and animal research models relating to short-peptide bioregulator biology and gene-expression regulation. These reports reflect controlled laboratory conditions only and do not translate to dosing, treatment, or applications in any other context. Its mechanism is studied alongside related research bioregulators such as Cartalax, Pinealon, and Thymalin.

V. Nakamura –
Epitalon arrived quickly and the documentation was thorough. I appreciate that the COA is available before ordering — it builds a lot of trust. Will definitely order again.
